Please connect the string lights directly to the power adapter, do not connect your LED controller.
Make sure that your wall socket is turned ON.

Please Connect your LED controller back between the power adaptor and your LED lights.

Sometimes the battery does not generate enough power to allow the remote work to properly.
This can be caused by too long storage or simply a battery fault.
Please check if the remote LED is lit constantly with a solid red light, when you are pushing the buttons.
If the LED is just flickering, emitting gentle red light, the red light is barely visible or the remote is not emitting any light, that means that the battery is flat.
In this case please replace the battery, so you can enjoy your lights again.
Our remotes require one piece of CR2025 coin/button type battery, and they work the best with following battery brands: ENERGIZER, PANASONIC.

Depending on the fault, we will ask you to send us back a full set of lights or just the remote and LED control unit so we can investigate the fault.
Don’t worry, we will send you a prepaid packaging with full instructions, so the replacement process will be very easy and smooth for you.

Depending of the fault we will replace your remote, power supply, copper wires or just a full set of lights. Please describe the fault when contacting us and let us know what steps you took to investigate the fault.
